About
YYCG is comfort engineered in small batches. Designer expertise, premium fabric, stupid good fit.
Why we exist
YYCG was born in New York City with one goal: to make premium underwear that actually feels good and looks even better.
We’re not a “basics brand.” We’re a better basics brand. Created by people who’ve worked with Alexander Wang, Diesel, and Givenchy, YYCG takes all that fashion-world obsession over fabric, fit, and detail, and puts it where it matters most.
Our underwear is made from 91% rayon and 9% elastane. That blend wasn’t random. Rayon is insanely soft, breathable, and kind to your skin, it keeps things cool where it counts. It also has that smooth, almost liquid drape that makes it feel like a second skin. The little bit of elastane? That’s what keeps the underwear in perfect shape, giving it just enough stretch to move with you. We kept it low on purpose, enough to flex, not enough to lose its form.
Yes, we manufacture in China. But with the same factories that produce for Calvin Klein and other premium brands. Because if you’re going to do something, do it right.
YYCG started because we were tired of wearing the same underwear our dads wore. We wanted something cooler. Something that fits like a dream, feels like nothing, and looks like something.
Call it premium comfort, affordable design, or just really good underwear.
We just call it YYCG.
