Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Roughly $5–$7 (calculated at checkout)

• Free Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $85+ (Standard Shipping 3–5 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2 business days): Calculated at checkout

International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. (International shipping coming soon.)

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
YYCG is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@yycg.co — we’ll do our best to help.

Address Changes
