What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn items with the original packaging seal intact. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

What fabric is YYCG underwear made from?

A ribbed knit of 91% bamboo-derived rayon and 9% elastane at 215 GSM — naturally soft, breathable, and stretchy in both directions.

How should I care for it?

Machine wash cold (30°C) with eco-friendly detergent, then hang dry. Avoid tumble drying.

Return window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Underwear (briefs, boxer briefs, boy briefs, thongs) can be returned only while the original hygiene seal is intact. Once the seal is removed, underwear is final sale.

Gift cards and items marked final sale at checkout cannot be returned. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

How to start a return

Email us at info@yycg.co with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label plus instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original within the same 30-day window. We will match the price on a same-style swap.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take a few extra days for your bank or card company to post the refund.
