Return window: 30 days
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned
Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Underwear (briefs, boxer briefs, boy briefs, thongs) can be returned only while the original hygiene seal is intact. Once the seal is removed, underwear is final sale. Gift cards and items marked final sale at checkout cannot be returned. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

How to start a return
Email info@yycg.co with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label plus instructions on how and where to send your package. We cover the label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original within the same 30-day window. We will match the price on a same-style swap.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving, with no restocking fee. Banks and card companies can take a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@yycg.co.
